I have posted the notes from ecology in the ecology tab at left. You can also find the film clips of the leaf cutter ants video and the brood parasitism catfish video in the ecology tab at left.
MCAS is next week on Tuesday and Wednesday. I have some advice you should pay attention to:
- Complete the two biology MCAS packets named "Session 1" and "Session 2" that I distributed.
- Check your answers with the released materials answer packet I also distributed in class.
- Read through the packet I distributed titled "The Big Picture: MCAS topics by standard" because it is a quick resource for topic review.
- Get a good night's sleep and eat breakfast so your stomach doesn't bother you during the exam.
- Review any old study guides from our class.
- For open response questions, even if you think you don't know the answer, write what you know about the topic at hand. Display your knowledge and learning as best as you can.
- For multiple choice questions, eliminate odd or distracting options. MCAS likes to put in answers that are irrelevant and distract you from the true answer.
That's about it, good luck and don't stress, you're worked all year for this, after all!
